What to expect
ALL TRANSFORMATION STARTS WITH THE TRUTH
I only offer online sessions through Zoom. Online platforms are a great way for more people to have access to therapy, save time and money from commuting and experience therapy in the comfort of their own homes.
Free initial consultation
You will explain to me your problem and I will ask some questions to understand it better so I can appreciate if I can be of any help as for some issues CBT and Hypnotherapy are NOT recommended.
The first session
Our first session will include an in-depth assessment of your goal and we will create a plan for how to achieve it. We will agree on how many sessions you might need. Usually, this is somewhere between 3 and 12. However, a lot depends on the complexity of the issue and your motivation and perseverance.
We will work together along the way, and I am going to tailor my approach to your needs.
Initial Consultation (20 minutes) – Free
First Assessment Session (55 minutes) – £50
Subsequent Sessions (55 minutes) – £50
1. You request a free consultation.
2. We schedule a video call over Zoom, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. We talk over your issue and we decide if we are a good fit.
3. We meet on Zoom for our First Assessment session. We agree on one goal and a treatment plan.
4. We meet every week, via Zoom, with homework in between.
5. When the agreed goals of the therapy have been met, we evaluate and wrap-up.
How we work together
In this kind of therapy we are going to work together, as a team, which requires an environment of trust, openess and honesty. I will provide guidance and support and the result will depend on our joint efforts and accountability.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is to be given when re-arranging or cancelling an appointment, otherwise, the full cost of the session will be payable.
The client’s right to confidentiality is fundamental. I adhere to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulations.
Code of Conduct
I adhere to the code of conduct set down by the ACCPH of which I am a senior member.
