What to expect
All transformation starts with the truth
I highly recommend online sessions through Zoom which offer great value and the same benefits as in -person sessions.
Online sessions are a great way for more people to have access to therapy, save time and money from commuting and experience therapy in the comfort of your own home.
Free initial consultation
(20 min) via Zoom
You will explain to me your problem and I will ask some questions to understand it better so I can appreciate if I can be of any help.
The first session
(55 min)
Our first session will include an indepth assessment of your goal and we will create a plan for how to achieve it. We will agree on how many sessions you might need. Usually, this is somewhere between 3 and 12. However, a lot depends on the complexity of the issue and your motivation and perseverance.
Subsequent sessions
(55 min)
We will work together along the way, and I am going to tailor my approach to your needs.
