About

I’m an empath which means I’m good at sensing the needs and emotions of others. I can feel people as I live from my heart. This natural ability has been enhanced by my genuine curiosity about people’s behaviours and my knowledge of CBT and Hypnotherapy.

Before being involved in therapy I have been working as a care assistant for 8 years as it naturally comes to me to be very supportive and nurturing.

My purpose for being on this planet is to help people and to bring them together, to make sure no one is left behind.

My Approach

I am a great believer that everyone deserves a helping hand and that is what I offer – guidance, support, help and some practical good stuff. You are the one who will drive the car to the desired destination, and I will be your navigator who will read the map and help along the way.

I have a holistic approach to treatment which means I look at the problem as part of the big picture as I believe that everything is connected and treating the symptoms won’t help. We need to look at the person as a whole.

I am using scientific-based and gentle techniques that have been proven over many years to be effective. We will explore your inner world- thoughts, feelings and beliefs and we will decide on some actions like behavioural experiments. We might also do some role-play and you might have some assignments between the sessions.

It’s important to find a therapist that’s a good fit. Let’s chat!
